Today
Breakfast - yogurt with jam
Snack - trail mix, peppers in chumus
Lunch - salad
Afternoon - one tablespoon ice cream, one triangle dark chocolate, hot lemon
Dinner - two bowls orange soup,
snack - chocolate covered rasins
Excercise - swimming, 1/2 hour - decent
Cooked - popcorn Cauliflower, two servings
